Situated in Toronto’s trendy Yorkville neighbourhood, this complex mixed-use development consists of two linked residential towers over top two levels of retail and a large public parking authority structure. Wrapping three podium levels will be a public art piece by the artist Nicolas Baier, and at grade, a new public parkette by Janet Rosenberg Studio. In his prior role at architects-alliance, Jon Cummings served as project architect and manager from design through construction documents.
